This role ensures accurate record-keeping, proper stock rotation, and adherence to safety and quality standards, supporting the resort's seamless daily operations.   Key Responsibilities: * Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries for quantity, quality, and accuracy. * Organize and maintain storeroom inventory, ensuring items are properly labeled and stored. * Distribute supplies and products to departments in a timely and efficient manner. * Perform regular inventory counts and assist with inventory control procedures. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of storeroom areas following safety guidelines. * Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to the Purchasing Manager. * Ensure proper handling and storage of perishable and non-perishable items. * Assist with stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure product freshness. * Operate inventory management systems to track inventory movements and maintain records. * Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling and storing products.
