Overview The primary purpose of the Saturation Operator position is to perform setups, assembly, pack out, and in-process inspection of saturated non-woven products. Responsibilities Reads and interprets EDS's, Control Plans, and Work Orders as necessary to complete production Performs equipment setup and material changeover Requests required materials by distributing material KANBAN cards to the material handler. Performs in-process inspections as required by the Control Plans. Cleans the manufacturing work area as necessary or as required by maintenance work order. Follows product drawings to complete assembly and pack out process. Others as assigned. Competencies While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be in a stationary position; to operate, activate, use, and place. The employee frequently is required to move and traverse. The employee is occasionally required to stoop or position self to access low areas.
