Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Vorbereitung und Durchführung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen
  • Pflege und Verwaltung der Mitarbeiterstammdaten sowie der Zeitwirtschaft
  • Personalbetreuung unter Berücksichtigung aller arbeits-, lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen sowie internen Regelungen
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Zeugnissen sowie allgemeine Korrespondenz
  • Anlage und Pflege der (digitalen) Personalakten
  • Ansprechpartner für Führungskräfte, Mitarbeitende und Behörden in allen abrechnungsrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von personalwirtschaftlichen Auswertungen und Berichten

Qualifikation

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Umfangreiche Berufserfahrung im Bereich Payroll
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Sozial- und Lohnsteuerrecht, Tarifrecht, sowie gute MS Office Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrungen im Abrechnungssystem VEDA von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Kenntnisse im Betriebsverfassungsgesetz wünschenswert
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Genauigkeit
  • Diskretion und Verschwiegenheit im Umgang mit sensiblen Daten
  • Dienstleistungsorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
