The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and dedicated to providing exceptional support to both clients and team members. Key Responsibilities: Appointment Scheduling: Manage provider schedules by scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling appointments over the phone and online. Maintain accurate and organized calendars for providers. Client Needs Assessment: Link clients to appropriate specialties by understanding their needs and matching them with the best provider or service available. Referral Coordination: Facilitate the scheduling of internal and external referrals, ensuring smooth transitions and timely communication between providers and clients. Phone and Email Communication: Answer incoming calls, manage voicemail, and respond to email inquiries professionally and promptly. Insurance Coordination: Verify insurance information and ensure all necessary documentation is completed prior to appointments. Client Records: Accurately maintain and update client records in the electronic medical records (EMR) system. Scheduling Support: Collaborate with providers and staff to manage waitlists, coordinate referrals, and ensure scheduling efficiency. Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties such as data entry, scanning, and faxing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with office protocols.
