The sales support representative will be also responsible for maintaining premium shelf space and displays as well as keeping an open line of communication with their sales representatives. This position will support the Cleveland West market. Principle Responsibilities: Develop new business and maintain effective customer relations and promote the good will of the company. Prepares all quote documentation with accurate pricing for all current or prospective customers. Ensure that all products are rotated and code policy is followed. Successful sale, distribution and placement of all Cavalier products. Assist in resets and displaying merchandise during peak seasonal roll out to chains. Assist DSM in covering routes for Sales Representatives on vacation. Maintain up-to-date awareness of company activities and industry trends. Handle customer inquiries regarding credit, delivery, product information and other inquiries as they arise. Execute monthly goals as related to business activities.
