Contexte Dans le cadre du développement de notre présence en pharmacie, nous recherchons plusieurs délégués pharmaceutiques dans différentes régions. Rattaché·e au Responsable National Sell-In & Sell-Out, vous êtes en première ligne pour développer le chiffre d’affaires de votre secteur, en combinant excellence commerciale et accompagnement terrain. Vos missions Développer le chiffre d’affaires du secteur Prospecter de nouvelles officines selon un plan d’expansion clair et priorisé. Visiter les pharmacies partenaires et développer leur potentiel sell-in et sell-out. Optimiser la visibilité de la marque en point de vente : linéaires, présentoirs, têtes de gondole, vitrines, théâtralisation. Mettre en place les nouveautés selon les temps forts commerciaux définis. Suivre et atteindre les objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs de votre secteur. Former & engager les équipes officinales Former les équipes officinales à la marque, aux produits et à leurs bénéfices, en valorisant les best-sellers. Partager des conseils concrets pour vendre efficacement la gamme au comptoir. Créer une vraie proximité avec les équipes, via des animations, journées VIP, ou actions ciblées sur les points de vente prioritaires. Piloter votre activité Suivre et analyser les performances de votre secteur : sell-in, sell-out, ruptures, environnement concurrentiel. Assurer un suivi rigoureux de vos clients : commandes, litiges, réassorts, RFA/UG. Remonter les informations terrain de manière claire et actionnable. Profil recherché Vous avez minimum 2 ans d’expérience réussie en tant que délégué·e pharmaceutique, idéalement dans l’univers de la dermocosmétique ou du soin. Vous connaissez bien le fonctionnement des officines et savez parler à leurs équipes. Vous êtes à la fois autonome, organisé·e et orienté·e résultats. Vous ne vous contentez pas du statut-quo et savez trouver des solutions pour faire bouger les lignes. Vous aimez les produits bien faits, vous savez transmettre votre enthousiasme et créer une relation de confiance.
