LightFeather is seeking a Scrum Master to support a federal cloud modernization program at a large agency client. In this role, you will serve as the agile backbone for a cloud engineering team focused on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) delivery, facilitating the full Scrum framework and keeping sprint execution on track across a fast-moving, technically oriented team. This is a dedicated Scrum Master position — you will own the agile process. You will work directly alongside a Product Owner and technical lead, interface periodically with federal stakeholders, and serve as the team's go-to resource for sprint status, task tracking, and ceremony cadence. The right person brings solid Scrum fundamentals, an adaptable mindset, and the communication skills to hold their own in a room with senior engineers and agency customers alike. Location: Hybrid, On-site 4 days/week in Washington, D.C. 20006 and 1 day Telework Job Type: Full-time Salary: $90,000–$115,000 annually, based on experience level.
