Job Description

Market Assessment and Expansion:

• Assess market opportunities for market creation and expansion with existing and new oncology products in the CASAJ region.
• Quantify market headroom and explore reimbursement pathways and go-to-market (GTM) models, aligning strategies with country-specific requirements.
• Develop and present business cases for market development investments.

Customer Insights and Validation:

• Conduct customer interviews to validate market hypotheses and gather insights.

Event Design and Execution:

• Design and execute customer-facing events, including advisory board meetings and professional education programs, to foster market development and engagement.

Training and Development:

• Lead internal and external product training sessions to ensure comprehensive understanding and effective utilization of related products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing or sales within the med tech or pharmaceutical industries preferred
• Proven experience in market development, business development, or a similar role within the healthcare industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to quantify market opportunities and develop strategic business cases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct effective customer interviews and present findings.
• Experience in designing and executing customer-facing events and training programs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and align strategies with country-specific needs.
