We are looking for IT system administrators to strengthen our teams in supporting our own IT systems and our software solutions at our customers' sites.

Your tasks

In this role, you will be a key link between our customers, their IT environments, and our software development team. You will ensure that our solutions can be used reliably, that technical problems are solved systematically, and that our customers' requirements are understood and incorporated into further development.

  • You will support our customers with technical questions regarding our software and system solutions and will be one of their points of contact during day-to-day operations.
  • You gather, analyze, and specify our customers' requirements and coordinate possible solutions with our specialist and development teams.
  • You record support requests, requirements and errors in a structured manner in our ticketing system, prioritize them and monitor their processing until they are resolved.
  • You analyze technical problems and systematically isolate errors. You either solve problems yourself or prepare them in such a way that our software development team can take over in a targeted manner.
  • You will install and configure our software solutions in our customers' IT environments and support updates, rollouts and system migrations.
  • You test new features, updates and bug fixes, thereby supporting quality assurance before delivery.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining and administering our internal IT systems and supporting their further development.
  • You will create and maintain technical documentation for our systems, installations, and customer environments.

This role combines customer service, requirements analysis, technical support, testing and IT system support in a versatile role with close collaboration with our software development team.

Depending on the task, you will work with Windows and Linux systems, networks, databases, and virtualized environments . You will be involved in the installation and operation of our applications, as well as the necessary IT infrastructure.

You don't need to be an expert in all the technologies we use. What's crucial is that you have a good basic understanding of technology , approach problems systematically, and are willing to learn and adapt to our systems and technologies.
