REQUIREMENTS:

• Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in a sales role in Software Industry. Preferred in products like HRMS, Payroll and Business Management solutions, Time Attendance software etc…
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of products or services effectively.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
• Self-Motivation: Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
