Senior IT-Projekt Manager (m/w/d) Remote 70% in Bonn

Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams als Project Manager (m/w/d). Diese Position bietet langfristige Perspektiven mit der Option zur Übernahme.

Kontext: Im Fachgebiet zum Aufbau von Rechenzentren sollen in einem Programm in einem größeren Teilprojekt zum einen zwei Teams für Konzepte und Designs gesteuert werden und zum anderen die Prozesse zur Entwicklung des IT-Services begleitet werden. Beide Aufgaben werden dabei in einem Teilprojekt gebündelt, für das eine Leitung benötigt wird.

Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Projektmanagement i. S. gesamtheitliche Planung und Steuerung von mittleren und komplexen Projekten
  • Organisation und Steuerung aller dem Verantwortungsbereich zugewiesenen Projektmitglieder nach klassischen und agilen Methoden
  • Verantwortung für die zeitgrechte Umsetzung der Anforderungen in enger Abstimmung mit den anderen Teilprojekten, der Projektleitung und dem Kunden
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung und Vorantreiben des Prozesses zur IT-Service-Entwicklung
  • Regelmäßige Berichterstattung in der Projekt- und Programmorganisation - auch auf Top-Management-Ebene
  • Erstellen von Projektplänen, Steuern, Führen, Abschließen von Projekten.
  • Durchführen, Dokumentieren und Umsetzen von Lesson Learned Workshops und Operationalisieren für das laufende u./o. folgende Projekt.
  • Umfassendes Risiko- und Qualitätsmanagement

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder Bachelor in einem IT-Studiengang oder alternativ eine anerkannte kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder eine Berufsausbildung in einem IT- Ausbildungsberuf und zusätzlich entsprechende Berufserfahrung
  • Kenntnisse in gängigen Projekt-management Methoden wie IPMA Level D oder Vergleichbares
  • Zertifizierung als Scrum Master II
  • Kenntnisse im IT-Service Management ITIL Foundation Zertifizierung – ITIL V3 oder höher
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Projekte mit einer Laufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr und mindestens 20 Projektmitarbeitern mind. 5 Jahre
  • Berufserfahrung als Projektmitarbeiter, Berater im Bereich Digitalisierung mit Bezug zur Bundeswehr oder vergleichbarer öffentlicher Verwaltung mind. 5 Jahre
  • Praktische Erfahrung als Projektleiter in IT-Projekten im Umgang mit klassischen und hybriden oder agilen Projektmanagementmethoden mind. 5 Jahre
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Scrum Master Rolle in agilen oder hybriden Projekten mind. 1 Jahr
  • Erfahrung als Projektmitarbeiter in IT-Projekten mit Fokus auf Rechenzentren(-infrastruktur) 2 Jahre
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in einer verantwortlichen Projektrolle in der Entwicklung von IT-Services mind. 2 Jahre
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Projekt Management Tools wie Jira oder vergleichbaren Tools, Microsoft-Office-Paket. MS Project Kenntnisse.
  • Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen (ca. 30%)
  • Bereitschaft zur Sicherheitsüberprüfung SÜ2
  • Verhandlungssichere muttersprachliche Deutschkenntnisse (C2-Level) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B1-Level) sind zwingend erforderlich
  • Sie zeichnet außerdem ein sicheres Auftreten, gute Umgangsformen, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit aus
