As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of FiberFirst, directly engaging with potential customers in their homes and small businesses to introduce our state-of-the-art FIA, VOIP, and IPTV services. Your mission will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales orders at the door. As an ambassador of the company, you will also attend, participate, and actively sell at client-sponsored events and retail partners. Location: Hiring one candidate in each markets: Georgetown, TX; Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; Omaha, NE; Mesa, AZ; and Encinitas, CA. Employment Classification: Exempt: Regular, Full-time Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 base + Uncapped Commission. OTE: $82,000+ Supervisory Responsibilities: None Duties / Responsibilities: Conduct door-to-door visits in designated residential areas and small businesses to introduce FiberFirst products and services.
