Der Technische Service ist innerhalb des SWM Konzerns unter anderem Dienstleister für Betrieb und Instandhaltung von Gebäuden und Liegenschaften des Konzerns (Büro- und Verwaltungsgebäude, Umspannwerke, Kraftwerke, Bäder, Rechenzentren, Olympiapark München etc.).
Der Fachbereich Olympiapark ist für den technischen und infrastrukturellen Betrieb der Liegenschaft Olympiapark zuständig. Dazu gehören im Wesentlichen das Stadion, Olympiaturm, kleine- und große Olympiahalle, das Eissportzentrum sowie alle Außenanlagen. Der Fachbereich Olympiapark nimmt die Betreiberverantwortung und Verkehrssicherung wahr, steuert interne und externe Dienstleister für das technische und infrastrukturelle Gebäudemanagement sowie den Bauunterhalt, kümmert sich um das Betriebs- und Instandhaltungsmanagement, führt Instandsetzungs- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen aus und erbringt Dienstleistungen im Bereich Elektro/Nachrichtentechnik/HLKS bei Veranstaltungen im Olympiapark.
Der Fachbereich mit ca. 80 Kolleginnen besteht aus Ingenieurinnen, Meisterinnen und Handwerker*innen aus allen Gewerken (HLKS, Bau, Schlosser, Schreiner, Maler, Feinmechaniker, Elektro, Nachrichten- und Informationstechnik, etc.) und freut sich auf die Zusammenarbeit mit Ihnen.

Das können Sie bei uns bewegen

  • Planung, Koordination, Leitung bzw. Bauüberwachung von Umbau-, Modernisierungs- und Sanierungsprojekten im Bereich der Elektro-, Informations- und Lichttechnik in Gebäuden
  • Abwicklung von Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen über alle Leistungsphasen der HOAI (Planung/Projektierung, Leistungsverzeichnisse, Ausschreibung und Vergabe, Bauüberwachung, Abnahme etc.)
  • Betrieb der elektrischen Anlagen in Gebäuden und Erhaltung des ordnungsgemäßen Zustandes (Zustandsbewertungen, Entwicklung der Instandhaltungs- und Reinvestitionsstrategie, Energieeffizienzmaßnahmen etc.)
  • Gewerkespezifische Verantwortung und Übernahme der anlagentechnischen Betreiberfunktion am Standort
  • Gewährleistung des Arbeits-, Gesundheits-, Denkmal- und Umweltschutzes
  • Beauftragung und Betreuung externer Dienstleister, TGA-Planer und -Ingenieure (Wahrnehmen der Bauherrenaufgaben)
  • Ansprechpartner der projektbeteiligten Fachabteilungen, Dienstleister, Behörden und Beratung der zuständigen Facility-Manager

Damit überzeugen Sie uns

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Informations- und Kommunikationstechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Fundierte Fachkenntnisse in der Gebäudetechnik (z.B. Mittel- und Niederspannungsanlagen, Niederspannungsinstallation, EIB/KNX, Informationstechnik, Lichttechnik, etc.)
  • Erfahrungen in der Leitung, Steuerung, Ausschreibung/Vergabe und Überwachung von Projekten der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung
  • Kenntnisse im Bau- und Vergaberecht (HOAI, VOB etc.)
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Analyse- und Problemlösungsfähigkeit, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
