Setup and implement planned maintenance systematic to ensure comprehensive equipment maintenance routines that all equipment is safe to operate, with high availability and good reliability within targeted budget. Establish and implement systematic equipment improvement, preventive maintenance, calibration, and implement countermeasures to prevent repetitive breakdowns. Equipment Governance owner from conceptualization, piloting, implementation, monitoring, improving and sustaining. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Minimum 8 years of experience in Wire Bond process. Possess a broad background in mechanical engineering / manufacturing with a wide range of knowledge on manufacturing and production processes. Familiar with the latest equipment / technology in the industry and able to upgrade/ improve existing equipment to suit the business needs. Systematic Problem Solving methodology e.g. 8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, FTA, Fish Bond.
