Das sind Deine Aufgaben

Wir suchen PROS, die mit Leidenschaft als Schnittstelle zwischen IT und Fachbereich agieren und unsere Kunden in allen Belangen unterstützen möchten. Du hast erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement (unsere Kunden arbeiten meist nach SCRUM – aber meist auch nicht nach Lehrbuch) und hast Lust hin und wieder etwas technischer zu arbeiten? Dann sind vielleicht die folgenden Aufgaben genau das Richtige:

  • Verantwortung für die betrieblichen Aspekte von Applikationen im Projektmanagement sowie im Regelbetrieb
  • Berücksichtigung von Betriebsaspekten bereits in der Softwareentwicklung
  • Steuerung von Betriebsprovidern und Überwachung der Einhaltung der SLA
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Problem-, Incident- und Changeprozessen (PIC)

Das wünschen wir uns von Dir

  • abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit IT-Hintergrund und einschlägiger Berufserfahrung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • breites Wissensspektrum im Bereich IT-Services sowie grundlegende Kenntnisse von IT-Infrastrukturen
  • idealerweise Erfahrung im IT-Service Management und Projekterfahrung; ITIL-Kenntnisse oder Zertifizierung wünschenswert
  • Einsätze im öffentlichen Sektor und/oder Automotive Bereich von Vorteil
  • selbständiges Arbeiten, Eigenverantwortung sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeit
