Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual’s relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 21 years of age
• HS Degree or equivalent work experience related to the nature of the position

• Attend TIPS Certification Class
• Possess knowledge of all menu items and preparation
• Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service
• Garnish and decorate dishes preparatory to serving
• Observe guests to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed
• Operate P.O.S. system to standard
• Observe local health and sanitation codes
• Tip out assigned support staff as required to standard
• Utilize up selling techniques to enhance guests dining experience
• Possess knowledge of wine list, drink specials, and daily specials prepared by chef
• Make coffee and tea as required
• Perform all assigned side work
• Demonstrate a willingness and ability to deliver quality guest service to external and internal guests
