Act as primary point of contact for all outstanding ticket escalation. Demonstrate proficiency and accuracy of administrative tasks on assigned systems. Demonstrate professional and detailed oral and written communication skills. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Perform all tasks in compliance with Bank policies and procedures. Maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with regulations, bank policies and procedures related to the position. Requirements Superior customer service skill set. Practical and current working knowledge of current operating systems, up-to-date knowledge of data processing concepts, PC and desktop hardware, including peripherals. Knowledge and support experience with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical individuals in a clear and concise manner.
