Ensure all transactions comply with internal policies, limits, and banking regulations. Assist customers in person and via phone with account inquiries, online/mobile banking issues, and general questions. Promote and refer ASB products and services to strengthen customer relationships. Complete regulatory reporting (OFAC, CTR) and account closing checklists promptly. Represent ASB positively and adhere to core values and policies. Expectations: Complete timely, accurate transactions and maintain balanced cash drawer daily. Provide professional, courteous service and answer calls promptly. Follow all compliance requirements and seek guidance when needed. Complete assigned training and actively participate in team meetings. Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Previous banking or cash-handling experience, preferred. Requirements Education and Experience Requires a high school diploma, vocational training, or equivalent and customer service skills.
