Als UX System Designer bij ASN Bank in Utrecht geef jij vorm aan een intuïtieve digitale gebruikerservaring én bouw je aan het design system dat dit mogelijk maakt. Jij zorgt ervoor dat ontwerp en techniek naadloos samenkomen. Wat ga je doen? Als UX System Designer bij ASN Bank ben jij dé expert op het gebied van system design. Je bouwt en onderhoudt een toekomstbestendig design system dat teams in staat stelt sneller, consistenter en toegankelijker te werken. Tegelijkertijd vertaal jij gebruikersbehoeften naar concrete ontwerpoplossingen die aansluiten bij de merkidentiteit en organisatiedoelen van ASN Bank. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: Je ontwerpt, documenteert en onderhoudt herbruikbare componenten, design tokens en patronen binnen het design system, zodat teams organisatiebreed consistent en efficiënt kunnen bouwen zonder opnieuw vanaf nul te beginnen. Je zorgt actief voor adoptie van het design system door teams te adviseren over het juiste gebruik, duidelijke documentatie op te stellen en een community op te bouwen waarin teams kunnen bijdragen en signaleren. Je onderzoekt gebruikersbehoeften en vertaalt deze naar wireframes, user flows en prototypes, waarbij je toegankelijkheidsstandaarden (WCAG) als uitgangspunt neemt in al je ontwerpbeslissingen. Je werkt nauw samen met front-end ontwikkelaars, architecten en brand managers om bouwspecificaties op te stellen die technisch haalbaar, schaalbaar én merk-waardig zijn. Je monitort de kwaliteit en prestaties van het design system aan de hand van indicatoren zoals code reuse, accessibility compliance en development velocity, en vertaalt deze inzichten naar concrete verbeteringen. Hier kom je te werken Je komt te werken binnen het Expertiseteam UX, dat zich richt op het realiseren van een consistente en toegankelijke klantbeleving voor ASN Bank in alle gebruikerskanalen. Je werkt dagelijks samen met andere UX-designers, UX-researchers, requirement specialisten, front-end ontwikkelaars, architecten en business leads aan een design system dat de hele organisatie bedient. Wat breng jij mee? Jij bent een ontwerper die het grote plaatje ziet én oog heeft voor detail. Je combineert een sterk gevoel voor gebruikerservaring met de discipline om een design system schaalbaar en toekomstbestendig te houden. HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de richting van Interaction Design, Communication & Multimedia Design of vergelijkbaar. Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring als UX Designer, waarbij je aantoonbaar hebt gewerkt aan het opzetten of onderhouden van een design system. Kennis van en ervaring met Figma, inclusief het bouwen van component libraries, design tokens en het schrijven van ontwerprichtlijnen en documentatie. Je past toegankelijkheidsstandaarden (WCAG) toe in je ontwerpen en kunt hier andere teams over adviseren en begeleiden. Je vertaalt complexe ontwerp- en technische vraagstukken naar heldere oplossingen en communiceert hierover effectief met zowel designers als ontwikkelaars. Je stimuleert en faciliteert de ontwikkeling en het gebruik van het design system en draagt zorg voor de juiste inzet en naleving. Je staat stevig in je schoenen en bent in staat collega's en stakeholders aan te spreken en bij te sturen als het gaat om UX -design principes en de navolging van richtlijnen vanuit het design system Wat krijg je van ons?
