Release Train Management: Plan, schedule and co-ordinate the Customer360 regular releases including programme releases, integration deployments, Salesforce and nCino seasonal releases and external release dependencies with other tech domains. Release processes and continuous improvement: Ensure the programme team is set up for success in all deployment and release activity including complying with BNZ ITSM processes for change management and supporting post release incident/problem management. Find and execute opportunities to demonstrably improve delivery effectiveness, quality and velocity. Leadership and Collaboration: Participate in Domain Leadership Group to ensure Tech priorities are included in delivery. Support Platform owners, Stream leads, program technical leaders and other domains to unblock issues and clear pathways for safe and effective technical delivery. Risk management: Ensure risk lens is applied to all delivery and deployment activities so stakeholders can make informed prioritisation and go / no-go decisions. You’ll be leading a participating in a technical leadership team composed of Engineering Leads, Platform Owners, and Principal Engineers. What projects / work will the candidate be working on now and into the next year? The Customer360 programme is building a strategic asset using global SaaS platforms, combined with modern integration tools and patterns, covering CRM Sales, Service and Lending origination. The vision is a single plane of glass for colleagues to operate from for these key customer journeys. The program is three years into the journey with many foundations in place, and there is plenty ahead on the roadmap as we embed the Lending experience, support the Core Ledger Replacement programme and evolve and iterate existing and new capability.
