Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the daily flow of payment remittance requests raised by internal stakeholders.
  • Manage funding and currency positioning on the Request Management System (RMS) for Treasury reporting, ensuring currency cut-off times are met.
  • Upload FX deal tickets to RMS for currency buying and selling.
  • Monitor incoming client monies relating to international cross-border payments and apply credits accurately.
  • Process the return of client funds to remitting banks through correspondent banks using appropriate SWIFT messages, including MT199 and MT299.
  • Process daily Mastercard payments.
  • Raise payment-related queries through the CRM system and follow up as required.
  • Ensure compliance with AML and KYC procedures and internal policies.
  • Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Department Head, Deputy Manager, or Assistant Manager.
