Motormoolah has a fantastic opportunity available for an excellent individual to join us as a Vehicle Purchaser. This role is fantastic for someone who is confident talking to customers, working within a highly motivated team and enjoys giving fantastic customer service.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE PURCHASER ROLE

• Experience with administration & customer service
• MUST be confident speaking to customers on the phone and in person
• Should be friendly and approachable when dealing with customers on site
• Proficient on computer systems such as Excel and Google sheets
• Knowledge/Experience dealing with Social Media & Marketing would also be beneficial
• Weekend work is essential

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE VEHICLE PURCHASER ROLE

Motormoolah receives over 600 digital enquiries each day, with customers wanting to sell their vehicle. You will be stationed in our Motormoolah office in a team of buyers. Your daily tasks will be to deal with onsite customers and all incoming enquiries. Your basic wage will be supplemented by a very healthy commission structure based on hitting targets on converting sales and other key factors. We also hold regular ‘competitions’ with financial rewards.
