Job Description En tant que formateur(trice) de la clientèle sur la route débutant(e), vous vous rendrez chez nos clients pour les aider à réaliser une conversion au système Reynolds et Reynolds tout en douceur. Vous serez chargé de dispenser de la formation en personne, en milieu de travail, et d'offrir du soutien aux clients tout au long du processus. De nombreux déplacements sont nécessaires lorsque vous ne travaillez pas à partir d'un bureau à domicile (équipement fourni par Reynolds). Nous sommes à la recherche d'un représentant bilingue pour aider à soutenir nos clients francophones au Québec et nos clients anglophones à l'extérieur du Québec. Responsabilités Principales Semaines virtuelles (au bureau à domicile) (15-25 % du temps). Préparation des installations à venir en utilisant l'équipement de l'entreprise (15-30 %). Communication avec les groupes internes. Soutien à la formation à distance ou à des services supplémentaires, selon les besoins. Tâches administratives telles que la soumission de rapports et l'envoi de mises à jour hebdomadaires. Déplacements dans les sites des concessionnaires, individuellement et en équipe (75 à 85 % du temps). Rencontres avec l'équipe de direction de la concession pour comprendre ses besoins commerciaux. Configuration de solutions et de formations en fonction des besoins de l'entreprise. Formation sur le logiciel et soutien au personnel du client. Aide au dépannage, diagnostic et résolution/gestion des problèmes des clients. Contrôle de la charge de travail individuelle et hiérarchisation des responsabilités. Formations et partage des connaissances avec les membres de l'équipe. Utilisation du temps pour l'apprentissage, la croissance et l'amélioration. Conditions D'emploi Conduire des véhicules de l'entreprise quotidiennement et se déplacer occasionnellement en avion. Le(la) titulaire devra rester assis en moyenne 1 à 4 heures. Effectuer des présentations, ce qui exige de pouvoir se tenir debout, s'asseoir et utiliser un pointeur. Les visites en milieu de travail exigent souvent de rester debout, jusqu'à 8 heures par jour, pour aider les clients; se pencher et s'accroupir pour brancher - l'équipement; monter les escaliers du client; lever les bras pour atteindre les serveurs ou d'autres étagères de bureau. Emballer, soulever et porter des bagages personnels jusqu'à 50 livres (à votre discrétion) 15 minutes à 1 heure par jour. Capacité de regarder un écran d'ordinateur jusqu'à 8 heures par jour avec la possibilité de taper jusqu'à 6 heures par jour.
