EXPERIENCE:

• Previous knowledge of road traffic accident claims.
• Ability to work in an organised manner.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Previous experience using case management systems.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Progressing claims in a timely manner.
• Obtaining, collating and reviewing medical records/reports.
• Chase clients/third parties for any outstanding documentation required to progress claims.
• Instructing Counsel to attend conferences.
• Carrying out and completing risk assessments and prospects reports.
• Provide clients with regular updates on the progress of their claim.
• Liaising with clients, third party insurers and solicitors via phone and email.
