ANALYST / ASSOCIATE – LEGAL DOCUMENTATION (CAPITAL MARKETS) - JOB DESCRIPTION

Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 per year (Based on experience)
Join Scissero’s client’s Documentation Team, supporting the maintenance and administration of large Key Client Asset Manager Agreements and related documentation. This role focuses on processing amendments, updating fund information, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–4+ years in legal documentation, financial services, or capital markets.
• Understanding of Master Agreements (ISDA, GMRA, MSLA) desirable but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills for liaising with stakeholders.

• Maintain large Key Client Asset Manager Agreements, including fund additions/removals and amendments via paper and IHS Markit RFA platform.
• Support Dodd-Frank (DF) adherence processes using bilateral forms or ISDA Amend/IHS Markit platforms.
• Assist with drafting, reviewing, and executing standard contractual amendments.
• Update internal systems and track progress against project timelines.
• Liaise with internal teams (Credit Risk, Treasury, Front Office, Collateral Management) to support agreement maintenance.
