The Role This position centers on high-stakes patent litigation involving pharmaceuticals and biologics, including: • Hatch-Waxman ANDA litigation • BPCIA disputes • District court patent cases • PTAB proceedings • Drafting and arguing substantive motions • Case strategy, litigation management, and client counseling The team expects associates to operate with judgment, precision, and increasing autonomy.
