Support contract lifecycle management, including maintaining a contract repository and tracking renewals, amendments, and key obligations. Support compliance and policy initiatives, including drafting/updating templates, maintaining training/compliance records, and preparing internal communications. Assist with insurance documentation, claims coordination, and risk management processes. Support the team’s legal operations director in continuous improvement of legal operations, document management systems, and workflow efficiencies. What you'll bring: Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal certificate preferred. 5+ years of paralegal experience supporting litigation/dispute matters and general in-house legal work (in-house and/or law firm experience).
