Required Qualifications Law degree completed or in the final stage of graduation, with all coursework completed and only the thesis or graduation formalities pending. Full-time availability. Based in Mexico City (CDMX), with availability to attend in-person meetings or signings when required. Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Strong legal writing skills in Spanish, including the ability to draft clear, structured, and well-reasoned legal documents. Prior experience (internships, clerkships, or junior roles) reviewing, drafting, or supporting legal documents such as contracts, corporate records, NDAs, or compliance materials. Ability to work autonomously on assigned matters, escalate issues appropriately, and follow established legal processes. Comfortable working with digital tools and legal workflows (Google Workspace, contract management folders, trackers, ticketing systems, etc.). Nice to Have Prior internship in M&A, corporate, or IP legal work. What You Will Do Primary responsibility: Draft, review, and support the execution of commercial contracts, primarily with Procurement and Marketing. Provide day-to-day legal support to the Marketing team, including Q&A, review of Terms & Conditions, and documentation related to intellectual property, image rights, and promotional campaigns. Support corporate governance matters for Mexican entities, as well as assist with corporate documentation for international entities across multiple jurisdictions, including board consents, shareholders’ resolutions, and maintenance of corporate records. Assist with due diligence processes and M&A transactions, including document collection, organization of data rooms, review of corporate and commercial materials, and preparation of issue summaries. Support intellectual property matters, including documentation tracking, portfolio maintenance, and coordination with external counsel when required. Conduct targeted legal research and prepare clear, concise executive summaries for business stakeholders. Support legal operations by maintaining repositories, trackers, deadlines, consistency checks, and version control across legal matters. Collaborate closely with lawyers and cross-functional stakeholders across the organization and in different jurisdictions. Occasionally attend notary appointments or government agencies (e.g., PROFECO) to support filings, certifications, or document formalities.
