Our client, a pre-eminent global firm, is seeking a Senior Associate to join the London office of its leading Leasehold Enfranchisement practice, which sits within the Property Disputes team.
The firm’s clients include stakeholders across various real estate sectors, such as residential and commercial property developers, property companies, title indemnity insurers, housing providers, private investors, entrepreneurs, and occupiers of commercial and residential property.
The ideal candidate should have experience in advising both public and private sector clients and managing statutory lease extension and enfranchisement claims for landlords and leaseholders.
