RADCO Residential está buscando un Técnico de Mantenimiento para unirse a nuestro equipo establecido. Esta posición ofrece un salario competitivo y un bono de incentivo, seguro médico para empleados 100% pagado, PTO (Días de Permiso Remunerado) y días festivos, 401K hasta 6% y potencial de crecimiento.    Responsabilidades: * Conducir todos los negocios de acuerdo con las regulaciones estatales y federales (pintura a base de plomo, ADA, vivienda justa, programa HAZCOM, OSHA, etc.). * Estar al tanto de la condición de la propiedad en todo momento y tome medidas inmediatas para corregir cualquier condición insegura. * Programar y realizar un mantenimiento preventivo de rutina en todos los equipos apropiados, según lo indiquen el Supervisor de Mantenimiento y el Administrador de la Propiedad. * Diagnosticar y realizar mantenimiento o reparaciones menores o de rutina, según las indicaciones. * Retirar y transferir los electrodomésticos y el equipo del área de almacenamiento al apartamento, según las circunstancias y asistencia para mover los muebles, electrodomésticos, etc. abandonados al contenedor de basura. * Es posible que se le solicite que realice un servicio de emergencia de guardia. Responderá de inmediato a todas las llamadas de emergencia fuera del horario habitual y llegará a la propiedad no más de una hora después de que reciba una llamada. * Completar todas las solicitudes de servicio dentro de las 24 horas, a menos que la solicitud requiera piezas o mano de obra extraordinarias.
