Job Description Work in conjunction with R&D in testing and qualification of New Product Development. Coordinate with R&D for resolving testing and design issues on products. Analyze and recommend corrective action in case of any design failure. Compile failure analysis report for giving feedback to supplier / R&D for appropriate actions. Document, track and escalate issues as appropriate, using quality tools or similar techniques. Provide engineering support for all activities during testing and qualification of products in factory. Identify root cause of each failure and proposed corrective action when necessary Recommend improvements to all production processes and methods to facilitate cost reduction and quality improvement regarding to testing and manufacturing. Identify latest technology and technique on power supply testing method. Design and execute experiments to validate hypotheses during failure investigations. Prepare detailed failure analysis reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders. Oversee the maintenance and calibration of failure analysis laboratory equipment and Develop and implement failure analysis processes and methodologies across multiple product lines. Qualifications University degree or higher in a relevant engineering or science base discipline.
