The Sr. Learning Solutions Specialist designs and develops learning solutions that support enterprise initiatives, organizational change, and business performance. This is a highly autonomous individual contributor role requiring strong instructional design expertise, business acumen, project management skills, and the ability to independently lead multiple learning initiatives from discovery through implementation.   Key Responsibilities Learning Solution Design & Development * Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and performance support resources that support enterprise initiatives and business transformation. * Translate complex business processes and operational workflows into engaging, learner-centered learning experiences. * Develop scalable, high-quality learning content using appropriate instructional strategies and learning modalities. * Partner with subject matter experts to gather content, validate accuracy, and ensure learning solutions meet business objectives. * Maintain consistency in instructional quality, branding, accessibility, and learner experience across all learning solutions. * Continuously enhance learning resources to ensure ongoing relevance and effectiveness. Stakeholder Partnership & Learning Needs Analysis * Partner with business leaders, project teams, and subject matter experts to understand business goals, operational processes, and performance needs. * Conduct learning needs assessments and recommend effective learning strategies that support adoption and performance. * Translate business requirements into practical learning solutions and build strong partnerships across the organization. Project Coordination & Execution * Manage multiple learning initiatives from planning through implementation, balancing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. * Coordinate reviews, feedback, approvals, and cross-functional contributors to ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables. * Identify and resolve project obstacles while maintaining momentum and quality.
