JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Packaging Associate at Borderworx Logistics, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately, securely, and on time. You’ll be responsible for preparing products for shipment, maintaining packaging quality standards, and keeping the packaging area organized to support smooth daily operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous packaging, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Forklift & Reach Truck certification is an asset (not required for packaging role).
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: $20.00–$23.00 per hour

EXPERIENCE:

• Packaging/Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

• Process and complete all packaging requirements utilizing WMS for customer orders.
• Stage and organize daily outbound shipments (parcel and LTL) for customer-specific orders.
• Pack, wrap, strap, and label products with accuracy and efficiency.
• Verify product accuracy before sealing orders for shipment.
• Use handheld scanners and other tools to ensure correct items ship to the customer.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packaging work area.
• Assist with replenishing packaging materials as needed.
