This role will work in a dynamic environment and closely collaborate with the Safety department. Work Shift: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Responsibilities: Attend accident or transportation incident scenes immediately to assess the situation and guide the claims process. Coordinate directly with local authorities to ensure proper documentation and compliance with legal requirements. Negotiate and work directly with insurance companies to expedite claim resolution. Collect, analyze, and document evidence (photos, driver statements, police reports, etc.) to support the claims process. Provide ongoing support to drivers and the operations team during incidents, ensuring safety and compliance with company policies. Follow up on claim management and ensure timely closure of cases. Prepare administrative reports and maintain updated records for audits and future reference. Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 3 years of experience managing transportation or heavy equipment claims. Proven experience providing on-site support during traffic accidents or incidents. Strong knowledge of insurance processes, claims handling, and accident protocols. Intermediate to advanced English level (able to negotiate with international insurers).
