Requirements Required Skills/Abilities: · Has an understanding of production process in order to determine raw material needs and logistics. · Strong mathematics and unit conversion skills. · High attention to detail, and ability to multitask. · Is proactive, self-motivated, and has a willingness to learn new things. · Works well in a team setting. · Reliable & trustworthy. · Can maintains interpersonal, written and verbal communication abilities in English. Education and Experience: · High School diploma or GED. · Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in manufacturing, accounting, science, business, communications or other related area. · At least 2 years’ experience with production scheduling, ability to troubleshoot scheduling problems and experience writing and utilizing technical formulas and function in Excel. · Previous experience utilizing accounting systems/ ERP systems.
