This position is for Third Shift. The regular work schedule is Sunday from 9:39 PM to 6:21 AM and Monday through Thursday from 10:39 PM to 6:21 AM. If overtime is required, you will be expected to work on Friday night. Ensure a safe, clean and productive work environment, providing leadership in quality delivery and customer service 2. Participate in Shop Floor Management practices, maintain records and report key figures and KPIs as directed 8. Maintain and send logbook after every shift 9. Ensure training records and versatility is up to date, use SWS audits to check operator on process is fully trained. Ensure operator rotation is controlled to plan. Maintain & Update Training Matrix 10. Record ideas for improvement. Present new issues and feedback to team on actions due for review 11. Perform Process, 5S, and Standard Work audits 12. Perform duties of Team Member, on the operations floor 13. Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment 14. Manage and enforce time and attendance policy with accurate reporting into ADP for payroll processing, and make scheduling and staffing decisions to support daily customer requirements 15. Coaching, mentoring and developing team members’ performance with accountabilities to ensure operational excellence, which will enable team members in daily operations to meet and exceed customer and BLG expectations Supervisory Responsibilities: The position requires the daily oversight of hourly employees, as guided by the Group Leader Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
