Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Niederlassungsleiter zur Koordination von Terminen, Meetings und Projekten
  • Bearbeitung der Korrespondenz (E-Mails, Telefonate, Post) im Auftrag des Teams und des Niederlassungsleiters
  • Unterstützung des Ersatzteilvertriebs
  • Vorbereitung von Präsentationen, Berichten und Vertriebsunterlagen
  • Unterstützung bei der Budgetverwaltung, Rechnungsstellung und Kostenkontrolle
  • Organisation von Veranstaltungen, Schulungen, Kundenmeetings und Dienstreisen (vorbereiten von Dokumenten, einholen von Visa, etc.)
  • Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Kontakte im Vertriebs- und Niederlassungsbereich

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Assistenzbereich, idealerweise in Vertrieb oder Niederlassungsmanagement
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Organisationstalent, Zuverlässigkeit und Diskretion
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Erfahrung mit Microsoft Business Central sind von Vorteil
  • Freundliches Auftreten, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
