Together, we can achieve greatness.   Job Purpose: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * The VAS Clerk plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the Value-Added Services department. This position is responsible for assisting the Supervisor and Team Lead with a variety of administrative and operational tasks to ensure the efficient processing of finished goods and customer-specific requirements. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments. * This role consists of approximately 40% desk-based tasks and 60% floor-based activities, requiring strong multitasking skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Additional Responsibilities: * Create and manage receiver entries for inbound products * Receive and verify finished goods against documentation * Conduct pick checks to ensure order accuracy and compliance * Facilitate customer approval processes and maintain related records * Support quality assurance (QA) procedures and escalating discrepancies * Prepare and send Return to Sender (RTS) forms as needed * Collaborate with VAS Supervisor/Lead to execute daily priorities * Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely data entry * Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners * Uphold safety and operational standards while working on the floor Qualifications: * Basic office clerical skills. * Must be able to type at least 40 wpm. * 1 – 2 years of clerical experience. * Basic transportation / logistics experience. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. * Frequent movement between office and warehouse areas * Standing and walking for extended periods during floor operations Education and/or Experience Required: * High School Diploma or general education diploma (GED) is preferred.
