Quality Transportation Services, Inc., a growing railcar shipping industry serving and service-oriented transportation company, is seeking a qualified and motivated candidate to accept the responsibilities as a Railcar Transportation Coordinator on our evening shift.
We are looking for quality, professional individuals to serve as the primary voice of the customer with the rail industry. QTS is currently hiring for our evening (3pm – 12 am, Sunday through Thursday) shift and day shift 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Reliability for Customer-fulfilling responsibilities
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Produce solutions to fulfill Customer needs
• Use awareness and empathy to discover issues and innovation
• Recommend ideas to improve service
• Communicate proactively with Customers to build unity
• Make a difference for the Customer and their customer.
• Proven dependability in prompt timeliness and commitment to respective shift.
• Strong attention to detail of daily inbound and outbound EDI feeds.

Experience:

• 4-year college degree – Business, Analytics, or Supply Chain preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Adaptable to change
• 1 to 3 years customer service or administrative experience
• Rail experience is a plus.
• Bi-lingual, Spanish speaking is a plus
