Управление товарным запасом по группе продуктов централизованного планирования с соблюдением нормативного уровня (не превышающего бюджет), обеспечивающий ожидаемые отгрузки клиентам и филиалам компании. Руководство функцией централизованного планирования перемещений (входящих/исходящих поставок готовой продукции) с целью обеспечения продаж филиалов дирекций. Построение процесса централизованного планирования поставок и распределения готовой продукции в Компании. Национальная оценка обеспеченности продаж централизованного ассортимента (промо, квоты, распределение продукта под NKA канал по всем филиалам Компании). Построение и организация процесса централизованного квотирования продукции по стране с учетом приоритетов по клиентам, установленным в Компании и снижения потерь уровня сервиса. Участие в формировании бюджета дирекций по статьям затрат supply chain, контроль исполнения бюджета (складские затраты на внешнее хранение, транспортные затраты на межфилиальные перемещения готовой продукции, транспортны затраты на перемещения между РЦ и внешними складами хранения, DII). Соблюдение оптимального уровня операционных затрат по группам продуктов централизованного планирования, согласно бюджета: - складские списания по причине «Истечение срока годности», - транспортные затраты по межфилиальным и межскладским перемещениям дирекций - затраты на хранение ГП Поддержка и лидирование со стороны Планирования проектов, связанных с изменением инфраструктуры и оптимизации операционных затрат в логистике. Лидирование в проектах, направленных на оптимизацию и унификацию процессов планирования. Участие в разработке стандартов, регламентов и политик управления запасами и планирования перемещений ГП. Обеспечение информационного потока внутри компании в рамках функциональных обязанностей. Участие в разработке принципов коммуникаций – системы обмена информации между отделами, функциями. Лидирование кросс-функциональных проектов в части активностей, относящихся к планированию поставок. Развитие команды централизованного планирования поставок, обеспечение взаимозаменяемости и преемственности внутри команды. Требования: Высшее образование Опыт работы в соответствующей сфере не менее 7 лет Опыт управления подразделением не менее 3лет Глубокое понимание процессов в соответствующей области.
