Job Description: Medical Scribes work closely with providers to maximize the efficiency of the care team in order to deliver a fast, friendly, and affordable healthcare experience. Document patient history, physical exam findings, and procedures. Communicate, prioritize, and advocate efficient patient flow among physicians, providers, and the medical team. Support providers in placing and monitoring orders for lab tests, imaging, and medications. Record diagnoses and assist with choosing appropriate discharge and follow-up instructions.
