We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Customer Service Barista to join our team at our authentic Greek bakery and café. In this role, you will be the face of our shop—serving customers with warmth, preparing specialty coffee and drinks, and offering detailed knowledge about our traditional Greek pastries and products. • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service at all times
• Take orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system
• Prepare a variety of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso-based drinks, to company standards
• Handle bakery items with care, offer product recommendations, and answer questions about Greek pastries and ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness of the café area, coffee station, and customer seating
• Restock pastries, coffee supplies, cups, napkins, and other essentials as needed
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist in opening and closing procedures
