Entera Utility Contractors is a leading heavy civil and high-voltage construction company that has grown to become one of the largest electrical utility contractors in the Greater Toronto Area. We are currently seeking an energetic, self-directed individual to join our Civil team as an Office Administrator.
This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and interested in building a career within the Civil Department. The Office Administrator will report to the Project Manager and work closely with the Operations Manager, Project Coordinators, and other members of the Civil Department.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (data tracking, setup, and manipulation), and PowerPoint (preparing and editing presentations).
Basic knowledge of Android devices.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
Excellent ability to prioritize work and multitask.
Organized, punctual, and a positive team player.
Strong problem-solving skills for typical office environment challenges.
AutoCAD and/or Rapid Plan skills will be considered an asset

Submit locate requests and hold-off notices.
Submit and track pay-duty requests.
Create and maintain project folders for field crews, coordinators, and managers.
Organize and prepare construction folders for closeout submissions.
Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders.
