Minimum of 1 year of current inpatient perioperative surgical nursing experience, OR Completion of an academic senior year Immersion / Integrated Practicum in an intraoperative setting with a minimum of 180 clinical hours, OR Completion of Periop 101 course Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Must be able to maintain safety, efficiency and standards of care especially with frequent and fast turnover of cases. Must be able to deal with competing needs and priorities of internal and external customers, including making correct judgments regarding ensuring safe conditions for patients, families, and other personnel. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills Team building and conflict resolution skills Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask and manage workflows with frequent interruptions and changes.
