“Trabaja con nosotros”   En Buenaventura nos encontramos en búsqueda de Jefe de Laboratorio para una de nuestras unidades mineras.   Principales Responsabilidades:   Fomentar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones indicadas en el art.38 del D.S.055-2010-EM. Reglamento de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional y Otras Medidas Complementarias en Minería. Identificar, evaluar los peligros y riesgos, así como incidente ambiental y desviaciones en los resultados obtenidos en el área de trabajo. Fomentar la Política de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, Medio Ambiente, Calidad y Relaciones comunitarias. Planificar los procesos y operaciones de todas las áreas de laboratorio. Supervisar la toma de muestras del despacho de concentrados y asegurar los resultados de leyes del producto final. Reportar a Gerencia, Mina, Geología, Planeamiento y Planta Concentradora la ley de cabeza del mineral que ingresa a la Planta Concentradora por guardia de trabajo. Reportar e informar a Planta Concentradora sobre los resultados de los análisis realizados que involucre sus operaciones y/o pruebas metalúrgicas. Supervisar, cumplir y hacer cumplir los controles operacionales, así como las diferentes actividades del área. Gestionar el control y aseguramiento de la calidad de los resultados Reportar el consumo de Insumos Químicos de bienes Fiscalizados mensualmente.   Perfil Profesional: Profesional Colegiado en Ing.
