The opportunity An exciting opportunity exists in our Operations department within the Metals division for a Seasonal Labourer located in Fort Saskatchewan. This is a seasonal position starting April 6, 2026, and concluding June 5, 2026. The purpose of this position is to operate the dry fertilizer process equipment, front-end loaders, forklifts, and complete other miscellaneous manual labour tasks. This seasonal position involves physical labor and is expected to last approximately two (2) months. The duration of this seasonal position is subject to change. In this role, you will be accountable for: Completing mobile equipment pre-use check sheets and updating shift summary reports. Reviewing and adhering to safe work procedures and the Company Safety Policy. Completing ongoing regulatory and compliance training requirements. Performing manual labour job tasks, including cleaning up mobile equipment and process systems. Loading fertilizer trucks and railcars safely and efficiently. Operating mobile equipment, including front-end loaders, forklifts, and ½ tonne trucks safely and efficiently Skills and attributes for success: High School Diploma. Valid Class 5 Driver’s License. Safety-orientated mindset. Written and oral communication skills. Experience working with a front-end loader and forklift.
