Sous la responsabilité du chef d'équipe, Le mécanicien d’équipements mobiles assure l’entretien, la réparation et la remise à neuf de différents équipements tout en faisant un suivi régulier avec son chef d’équipe. Responsabilités Effectuer l’entretien préventif, l’entretien général et l’entretien périodique des véhicule Établir un diagnostic lorsque des anomalies sont signalées et en déterminer les causes ; Procéder aux réparations mineures et majeures sur les véhicules : les moteurs ; les systèmes hydrauliques ; les systèmes pneumatiques ; les dispositifs de freinage et de direction ; les circuits et les réseaux électriques et électroniques ainsi que les composantes de la transmission ; Compléter les bons de travail et les fiches d’inspection en y inscrivant les tâches effectuées ; Assurer une bonne utilisation et un bon fonctionnement des équipements de la compagnie ; Informer son supérieur immédiat de toute action requise non planifiée, tout problème décelé ou dépassement des temps prévus; Garder son lieu de travail propre et sécuritaire ; Travailler de façon sécuritaire et dans le respect des politiques SST et procédures de la compagnie ; Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes. Qualifications Expérience solide dans la maintenance, la réparation et l'ajustement des équipements mécaniques tels que les convoyeurs, broyeurs, déchiqueteurs, tables vibrantes, systèmes hydrauliques et presses. Capacité à diagnostiquer les anomalies mécaniques, les pannes et les bris, ainsi qu’à effectuer la réparation ou le remplacement des pièces, composants ou systèmes défectueux. Compétence dans les tests d’équipement pour vérifier que les performances respectent les normes après réparation ou remplacement. Capacité à collaborer à la résolution de problèmes pour améliorer l'efficacité et la fonctionnalité des équipements.
