QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–5 years’ experience in real estate marketing (real estate experience preferred)
  • Experience in Real Estate Platforms (ITSO, Realm PROPTX)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in social media management (YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
  • Skilled in filming, video editing, and content creation
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn Ads Manager
  • Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva
  • Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong writing and editing skills in English
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Office Coordinator/Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This dual role is ideal for a detail-oriented, creative, and organized individual who thrives in a dynamic real estate office. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day front desk operations while also leading our marketing efforts to support agents, build the Pontis brand, and drive client engagement.We are a growing real estate brokerage committed to providing exceptional service to our clients and strong support to our agents. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can manage both the operational side of real estate transactions as well as creative marketing initiatives.Marketing & Brand Support

  • Manage brokerage online presence (website updates, social media accounts, online advertising).
  • Create and distribute brokerage marketing materials (flyers, newsletters, presentations, open house materials).
  • Support agents with their individual marketing campaigns (social media content, branding assistance, digital ads).
  • Coordinate community events, sponsorships, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor marketing analytics and provide reporting on effectiveness.

RESPONSIBILITIES: OVERALL & CLIENT CARE

  • Work with agents, clients, and staff in a friendly, calm, and professional manner
  • Ensure every interaction reflects that all agents and their clients are Pontis clients
  • Serve as an ambassador of “WOW” by providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive environment
