Are you ready to take the lead on an exciting new venture in the booming RV industry? We’re seeking a driven, experienced, and entrepreneurial RV Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in launching a brand-new RV dealership.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Collaborating with ownership to develop and launch a new RV dealership from the ground up
  • Recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team
  • Creating and implementing sales processes and customer experience strategies
  • Building and maintaining relationships with manufacturers and key partners
  • Managing inventory, pricing strategies, and performance metrics
