QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
· Proven track record of successful sales management, preferably in the apparel industry.
· Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
· Strong knowledge of marketing automations and the marketing industry
· Thorough understanding of marketing strategies and practices with the ability to expand creatively
· In-depth understanding of the church industry, market trends, and customer preferences. (Preferred)
· Familiarity with apparel manufacturing processes, materials, and production timelines.
· Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and lead a sales team.
· Experience in setting and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
· Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic decisions.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients, team members, and upper management.
· Strong negotiation skills to close deals and establish partnerships.
· Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
· Ability to adapt strategies based on changing market conditions.
· Experience with Salesforce and sales analytics tools to track and evaluate sales performance.
· Utilize data insights to develop strategies for improving sales processes and outcomes.
· Collaborative mindset to work closely with marketing, design, and production teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
· Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
· Maintain high ethical standards and ensure all sales activities are conducted with integrity and transparency.
· Ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving industry landscape and guide the sales team accordingly.
