FULL-TIME - IN PERSON - CHARLESTON, SC

We are looking for an experienced Sales Lead to complete our King Street store team and deliver an amazing guest experience while helping our startup grow!
We are looking for someone who can combine their love of fashion and Charleston into the customer service experience we provide on our sales floor. Promote a positive work environment while leading our part-time sales team to success with building relationships with everyone who walks through our doors.

Assist the HQ team to create programs, events and initiatives to make our customers’ experiences even better

• Help Plan and work special events on and off property as needed
• Store maintenance - keep the store looking beautiful and clean
• Restocking sales floor and back office inventory organizatio

• 2+ years experience in retail, hospitality, or luxury sales
• Shopify experience preferred, but not required
• Willing to give and receive feedback regarding improving shopping environment and customer service
• Available to work a flexible schedule including some weekends.
• Looking for someone specifically available in November and December 2025 - especially the weekends and some week days around Holiday’s.
  Provide exceptional visitor experience 100% of the time to our Abbey Glass customers in store and over the phone.
  Become an expert on the full Abbey Glass line and provide style advice and product recommendations to suit a customer’s unique needs.
  Relationship Build + Clientele: Foster relationships with our neighbors and community to help spread the word that Abbey Glass made her way to Charleston Spring 2024. Reach out via phone and email to guests when new items come in or best-sellers are back in stock.
  Engage with loyal guests at events t pop-ups: form new customer relationships for the brand and seek opportunities to surprise and delight our guests.
  Educate visitors on our product assortment, brand history and value proposition
  Quickly implement solutions to any problems or issues that arise
